Mill Day Nursery Sample Menu
At the Mill day we realise that children are what they eat. Thats why we have developed a healthy and well balenced menu that adhears to the Tiny Tums Nutritional Programme. We have been part of this programme since 2010.
Breakfast is available upon request everyday and consists of a selection of cereals.

|Lunch 11.45 am||Cod in parsley sauce, mash potato, sweetcorn and peas. Natural yogurt with pureed tinned peaches in own juice and water||Spaghetti bolognaise (home made) with wholemeal pasta and fresh local beef minced, carrot and spinach and homemade tomato puree sauce. Milk jelly with tinned mandarins in own juice and water||Fresh roast chicken dinner with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and mash potato. Vanilla ice cream and sliced bananas and water||Chicken Pesto pasta with sweetcorn and peas and garlic bread. Tinned prunes in own juice with homemade custard and water||Homemade fresh soup with carrots, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, leeks, cabbage and lentils served with white bread and margarine . |Afternoon snack 3.15pm||Wholemeal cheese sandwiches. Mixed peppers and cucumber sticks. Fresh diced melon and water||Breadsticks and houmous.
